Ubuntu Lucid Lynx Alpha 2 Released

Just a quick post to say that the second alpha of the forthcoming Ubuntu release, Lucid Lynx (10.4) is now available. The final release is scheduled for April 2010.

I recently purchased a T-Mobile Pulse (or Huawei U8220) in October last year, and have been playing around with rooting the device, installing custom firmware and generally hacking the phone into submission.

I started a wiki page for the phone over at MoDaCo forums covering all the skills and tricks I picked up along the way. Other MoDaCo users have also contributed to the guide, so I can't take all the credit.
